What services do you offer?
At this time, we offer one-on-one training sessions. Our training sessions include battle ropes, weight training, strength training, and cardio training. As we add on more services, you can see them on our booking page, along with pricing.
Where would we conduct our training sessions?
Training sessions are conducted at a gym in the Charleston area. Once you have booked us, we will contact you with the exact location and advise of any COVID-19 precautions and protocols.
How much does each session cost? Do you have a policy on cancellations?
Personal training sessions are 30-45 minutes, which includes stretching, warm-up, and warm downtime. Sessions start as low as $32, depending on what exactly your needs are, and the frequency of sessions. We do our best to match you with services that will work best with your needs.

We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the cancellation fee. Cancellations are $12. Rescheduling is only allowed once.
What if I am not satisfied with Bodied by Pinck Fit?
It is our goal to identify your needs and outline your fitness goals in the very beginning. We work hard to provide the best service possible to each of our clients. If you are having issues, or do not feel like your needs are being met, please talk to your trainer as soon as possible.
